| Installing Fonts: In order the computer displays the Bengali characters including Juktakkhar etc., you will need a font file that is compatible with Unicode standard and has ability to form Juktakkhar. as per various practice. Old Bengali font files may not work as their coding may not be unicode compliant. ClicknWrite.com has developed a font file 'shibani.ttf' (font name 'Bengali Unicode') for this purpose. If you have installed Bengali word-writer, this font file is automatically installed. If not, you may separately download this font file from home-page (or click the link below) and install yourself. After you Install the font please test for proper visibility of Bengali script in the home page. |
